Apart from this, I offer legal advice on matters concerning collective agreements, works constitution and staff representation.

In the area of Social Security Law, you can rely on me if you have questions concerning your health, pension, long-term care and accident insurance, employment and education promotion (BaföG, Bundesausbildungsförderungsgesetz) and concerning the unemployment benefits available in Germany (Arbeitslosengeld I and Arbeitslosengeld II).

With respect to New Media Law, Internet Law and Telecommunications Law, I offer legal advice for drafting software contracts or web services agreements and I will counsel you on data protection, Domain Law, Intellectual Property Law and Competition Law and its impact on the Internet, for example when establishing links to third-party content. I will also help you to enforce your rights in connection with contracts that have been concluded via the Internet, such as contracts concluded with ebay or other companies. Moreover, I will protect your rights against dialers and in the event of excessive phone bills.
